It helps to know I am not alone.
I will give it another try, and maybe bring it up with her.

I agree that it is uncomfortable for me to have her full attention and that she is probably just trying to show she is interested.
Thinking more about it, I guess if she were NOT looking at me, that would likely be a problem too.
