Psych Central is the mental health support site, Neurotalk is pretty much all types of stuff now.

You can probably find the history of Neurotalk's beginnings somewhere in the archives. DocJohn was providing a site after another one crashed, and then people liked neurotalk better lol or just as much when the other came back online??? I forget all the details.
