*hugs* Everytime you get one of those thoughts, remind yourself that they are wrong.
Make a list of why you want to live, and recite a few of them back every time. Then, go and distract. Try to be around people, and things that make you happy.
Constantly try to teach yourself that these thoughts are wrong and there is much to live for
