I have huge foot in mouth disease.......got alot worse when I was manic.......don't want to offend anyone with tourettes, but it was like i couldn't keep words in my mouth and my thoughts went faster than what I could speak. Terrible when I was working before I landed in hospital......I worked in a hospital and people need stillness........It was a couple of my colleagues that helped me get help.......Two chief scientists that were concerned.

I had no idea until the staff counsellor contacted psych triage and then they showed up at my house!!! Big stuff........
