I have been where you are. That place of wanting something that is somehow just outside our reach...That frustration that comes from not getting it feeds the shortening of our grasp...
In my experience most things that involve considered change boil down to making a decision. Not saying we will try or think about it or wait until a better time. But a decision. Do it or don't. Sometimes deciding not to do it allows us to abuse our behavior enough to decide again..this time..to do it.
If you decide,,truely decide that you will smoke no more and do everything necessary to support that decision......then you will smoke no more.
Until then,,,you are thinking about it...
