I get the shakes on a pretty regular basis and it tends to concentrate itself in my arms and hands. My primary dr and my behavioral guy but told me that it is a normal part of anxiety and panic. That in time, as I learn to deal with this it should go away.
I have seen improvements in the last couple of weeks. Just take a deep breath and dont fight it. Its part of the learning process.
