Hmmm let's see. I am not doing this weight loss alone - hubby is doing it with me and he has lost 11 lbs. We do not eat after 8:00pm. We eat breakfast, lunch & dinner, fruit as a snack mid morning and mid afternoon. Drink lots and lots of water. Now we are starting to exercise as well. Went for a 60 min walk today. Starting tomorrow - I will be swimming 4 x's a week and also doing some form of exercise in the evening.
