Unfortunately anything that can pull a horse trailer is never going to get great gas mileage, the best gas mileage amoung full size trucks is the Chevy Hybrid pickup which does about 10 percent better than the regular light duty, just a fact of physics, but I am glad you have something that takes care of your needs.
