Hi Rainbowzz, I used to experience the same thing. Sometimes now, I still do. I'm not over-weight and this is not to say that sleep apnea is not a possibility. You and your doctor know best. Just found it interesting that I used to jerk awake and feel like I couldn't breath and heart skipping. In fact, the cardiologist put me on meds for awhile. Funny, in a weird sense, how anxiety, no matter how hard we try to deny it within ourselves, ends up surfacing anyway. In my experience.

Hope this didn't sound invalidating. I'm kindda in a weird "protective custody survival" mode and I don't know if I'm making any sense of just going blah blah blah balh. I think I shall stop typing now. And certainly hope that my Rainbowzz is feeling better. Hugs, Song
