Jess...thank you for your kind words. ATM abbi is out in the woods in her caves, and even I cannot go in there, it gives me the heebeegeebees to be in enclosed spaces like caves, elevators, etc. We all sense her sadness, her pain, and her distance. We will send one of the other protectors into the woods to find her when we think she has grieved enough. She is in NO danger, since we allowed her to fix them up for herself, and they are just down at the edge of the little stream that runs through our garden. We will hope for the best, and then encourage her to come and talk. Which is the best of both worlds for her right now. She just doesn't know that yet.
Thank you for considering us your friends. We really need them right now. It is difficult to be on this side of the fence when all I usually know is being the inside protectorship. Other protectors come out, but not me. Strange, eh?
I will tell abbi that you were asking for her when we get her back into her room. I know this is a blow for her, but she knows it is an accident. I think it will just take her some time to work it through.
