Okay jer finally picked up on how to suck on the sippy cup the last couple of days. He still doesn't know how to hold it up to get the milk to come down once its half empty.

So i still have to hold it for him partially.

However, I would really love to take him off that dang bottle.

Is there any reason I can't give him his milk in the sippy, with the understanding that I will need to help him hold it( i still have to help him hold his bottle so its not really an issue)?

I would rather see him drinking from the sippy and getting more used to it, because eventually I will be able to put it down and he can have it whenever he is thirsty or hungry or whatever.
