It's certainly noted in the literature. I can give you references if you want them.

Risperidone has potent alpha 1 adrenergic antagonist activity, and that can reduce sympathetic tone at the sphincters that control fluid flow in the male urinary tract. In other words, the valves that should be closed, don't close properly.

It's a pretty good reason to seek another medication.
