I am in Canada where you cannot smoke in any public place anymore so it really isn't an issue. I don't feel I can say anything to smokers outside because I drive a car the spews all sorts of icky stuff that adds to pollutants in the air...I don't allow smoking inside my home or my car..this sounds somewhat ****, but if they want a cigarette they can step outside and I yet have anyone complain about having to do that....
