How strange, I'm dealing with the same type of thing. I've had bronchitis/sinusitis for about a month now, it is slowly fading. During this time, though, I actually had an episode of paranoia along with my OCD worsening. The paranoia (not delusional) basically was just that people were purposefully doing things to annoy me, which made me massively irritable.

I don't know about you, but I was given a pack of steroids for my lungs, and I wonder if that didn't cause my episode. I hope you are feeling better!
