Bama…
I was strung out on meth in 1970 when I was in the Army. I had just left the Nam where I was strung out on Opium. I came down off the “O” and immediately started doing speed. I shot up that crap until at 6’ 3” I weighed maybe 130 lbs. Meth is the most corrosive drug I know anything about. I had open sores on my arms and back that didn’t go away for months after I got clean. My hair was falling out and my teeth bled like crazy every time I brushed them. Not to mention the psychoses and paranoia that is all over that addiction.
I know a little about this stuff.
I don’t make a habit out of second guessing medical professionals, they know a great deal. But you need to ask yourself if you are living vicariously the life of a speed freak through this drug. Take time to meditate and ask this power greater than ourselves that same question.

Baby, be real careful. You don’t want to go back there.
What is Provigil made out of? If speed or any of it’s derivates are major ingredients, or even on the list at all, I wouldn’t eat it.
You can tough it out until the cravings, with the help of the steps, subside.

Remember, speed kills.
When I was crankin’, back in the day, there was an expression we used…
“there are on old speed freaks”
Even the heads in the 60’s knew that.

Be real careful
Richard
Thanks for this!
