EXERCISE a brisk walk or gym work out will help you feel better and also relieve some of your symptoms cause you're burning off energy. sometimes i feel that everybody must groan.....when i suggest it but it really does help! studies have been done to remove any doubt.
i'm sorry you are going thru this trying time but it sounds like you have a good plan in action with your docs, and t. so that will help too.
keep us posted, will u? and know that many of us do understand how badly you are feeling right now.
