Your hubby seems to have recently taken a wee bit of a ...um..vacation? And within 48-hrs the guy next door hits on you?! I'd say telling him to very kindly give you space is in order. Like, "I'm flattered but I am not ready to start a new relationship". If he can't back off and remain friends, then he never was one in the first place.
