I do the same thing sometimes. This is going to sound absolutely crazy, but I pierced my right nipple when I was in one of those moods once. It was completely out of the blue and random lol. I don't know if that's a symptom of schizophrenia...I'm sure the other wonderful people on the forum can answer that for ya.
