Hope im so sorry you are going through this. You helped me last night no to cut and i thank you so much so please dont feel bad for talking me out of it. I remember you told me that it sometimes helps you if you write things down. Why dont you give that a try. I hope you can make it through the night and im sorry i cant stay and talk with you. Please take care and try to stay strong through the night. Try doing a puzzle.I found that helping me today because it kept my mind and my hands busy.
