Well I wish there is qualified individual who could give me legal advice. There is no leader and the principal of my son's school is refrain to say give any legal advice at all.

I was hoping to set up a site with freeweb so people could access it right away without having to register as a yahoo or facebook member. That way it's more straight forward. However, I am concern about the possible liability involved. I don't have a lot of time to search a real lot, so I was hoping to get direct info. or link from anyone here if any.
