Or, try stickam.com. It's a site where you can have video, audio and text chats, although maximum for video I think is.. 8 or 10. That requires no installation, unless you need to update the software. You can make a private room on it password protected.

Thanks for that info. and yes I am already a skype user. However, I find that people do take time to get this installed into the computer. I know the installation is simple and quick but people need to have the speaker and headphone attached to their computer in order to use this. That is the part that they get stuck.
