What about some LIGHT, keyword, light, arm type exersizes until your ankle heals up? And it sounds like some light walking to your ankle could do it some good at this point?

Every little bit counts, so don't cound the small things. Just concentrate and do what you can. Over time, it gets easier, I promise.

Throw out your friggin' scale girl! It isn't going to help you while you're trying to eat better.
