thanks very much for your kindness. we were able to calm down and our time with our T today turned out to be really amazing.
it sounds weird to say it, but we got back in touch with a part of leslie's original self. this part got hidden for survival reasons because she is outspoken and strong and would have attracted a lot of extra abuse. the best way i can describe this is that it is "like getting part of my backbone given back to me"!!!!
since God helped me discover some of the programming that had kept me a prisoner, recently, i've been having some major changes begin in my mind first and then in my alters.
i am so encouraged by what is happening. i've been in counseling a long time and i was feeling stuck in a rut and i am definitely "unstuck" now. when the lights come on things that seemed overwhelming shrink and become manageable. hope is a more intoxicating high than any drug could ever give!!!!!!!!
