no one to help. h is a trigger. nice T teaching seminars in another state but he called me tonight and asked me what i will do to help myself. i just took another pill. i hate taking pill but i having a bad day and night.
i am glad you will stay with me. i like the blue fleecy. i am sorry if i get it all soppy. T said it's okay to cry. i have to stay safe so crying helps to stay safe. i hate crying.
