It took a lot of courage to post about your relapse. I applaud your honesty.

None of us know if we have another recovery in us...we do know that we have another drink/drug in us.
Wondering if I have another recovery has kept me clean and sober for this day and a few others.

If you are part of a 12th step program, consider doubling your meetings and keeping in close contact with your sponsor.

Don't beat yourself up. It's wasted energy...energy that you can use to remain clean and sober.
Take it a day at a time; if a day is too long then take it an hour at a time.
