(((cr))) i used to do the same things...to avoid showing up for life. i encourage you to keep a journal of your daily thoughts and feelings. i can't tell you how much that helped me and also my t sessions.
in therapy you can learn new coping skills, productive ones. i was clueless about everything until i did the work in therapy. you've got 10 sessions left. look at the glass half full, rather than half empty. get your money's worth!!!
