I am not bulimic so I cannot say I know what works, but keep talking about it.....you will always have an ear to listen.....
By the way, there has been research into the link between ceoliacs disease, fibromyalgia and irritable bowel syndrome and bipolar.......if you are bulimic and not getting enough nutrient, it could affect hormone production and hormone use in the body, which then effects a whole number of systems - endocrine, digestive to name a couple. Hormones effect everything.....including mood. So I don't think the bulimia causes bipolar, more the nutrient deficiencies from bulimia can exacerbate it. Could be wrong!!!! You need to talk to your doc.......
