Well I didn't even need to go - I went to keep my psychologist happy because she kept asking.
The psychiatrist said in case it gets worse, it's been the same for over a year now, so I don't think so, I'll think about going back and I'll ask my psychologist if she thinks I should.
I don't trust the receptionist there either though, but hopefully that will be sorted if I do go back.
Yeah I'll let you know
