I am curious to know if other ladies on the PC boards are into physical fitness and exercise. So here's my list of questions:
1. How often do you exercise during the week?
2. What are your favorite types of exercise?
3. Do you feel that exercise helps you with your moods?
Here are my answers:
1. I walk 4 miles a day, 5 days a week and lift weights 4 times a week
2. My favorite exercise is walking. I also enjoy lifting weights. If lived in a warm weather climate such as Hawaii, I think I would probably swim year around as I actually like swimming better than walking!
3. Definitely! It reduces stress and postively enhances my moods, improves my sleep, and helps me to maintain my weight in a healthy range.
