I use to be able to kick but' at the gym, but sadly I stopped going after I broke my foot while working out and then again a year later after jumping through a window at work... but when I did go to the gym for almost three years I loved to use the free weights.

I walked the lake (3 miles) three times a week
I worked out at the gym (1.5 hr) four times a week

Leg Press was my best and most favorite exercise by far -
3. Do you feel that exercise helps you with your moods?
Yes-Yes-Yes... as I had more energy and I felt so so good about ME
