hi deli  , i'm thinking maybe this high is a result of coming off all the other meds, imho. i'm not sure that you have reached a theraputic level with your lithium to counteract your mood swing. to be sure tho i'd contact your pdoc and get his/her take on this. but to me it sounds like a mood swing from the absence of the other meds and your lithium not at the correct level yet. hope this helps and please let us know how this works out for you.
