I don't necessarily exercise with a daily regimen. I probably end up walking anywhere from 2-5 miles per day just in between classes on campus. And my bf and I play wii and box each other, play tennis etc... Plus when it's warmer outside I love to go hiking and fishing and (because I'm a nerd) I also go wading in rivers/lakes around the area looking for aquatic insects for my Masters research. So all in all I guess you could say I exercise but not like going to the gym. I just prefer to have an active lifestyle.
But I do notice that when I am really busy and have to eat fast food a lot or I'm out of school on break and not walking everywhere I start to feel much more tired and exhausted. I think the fast food has a bigger effect on me than does not exercising.
