was wanting to ask your opinion on something ..... well i don't usually tell people this but i used to weigh 367 lbs now i am down to 228 but i haven't done it in the best way .... everyone is so proud of me for losing the weight but only one person knows besides my therapist that food is a problem for me .... i either restrict alot or i eat a normal amount and then purge. however for the past 3 weeks i have been trying to eat atleast 1200 calories like my counselor wants me to my doctor wants me to eat 1600 but i am afraid i will gain weight .... anyway the thing is my former mother-in-law recomended weight watchers and i am still friends with her ...the only thing is you have to eat the total amount of points for it to work.... my point range is 28 which is about 1500 calories which seems like alot to me but i was think the support might be nice and maybe they could help me learn to eat right you know? tell me what you think please
