Sky is right.... Make sure your hypnotherapist or otherwise hypnosis trained and qualified therapist knows you have DID... That is very important!!!

Sky is right also on the fact that in hypnosis you are still in control at all times. You won't do anything in hypnosis you wouldn't normally do.

Hypnosis is a very powerful tool with many issues. Myself when I work with clients with issues like DID, I am working as part of a team approach. I am working together with their talk therapist to help them achieve their goal.
