How should I deal with the anxiety that come with the thoughts about infidelity that I have? It stems from thoughts that have nothing to do with my life. They could stem from comic books, movies, novela, tv shows, etc. My mind is not very strong. It is as if I can be triggered by anything. What is most frustrating is that they all seem real.
