Yeah me too!
I have to say exercise helps me a lot, it gives me a time out from the anxiety, but usually only for a few hours, i have a large block and mowing is my sport of choice at the mo. By neccessity too i live in north Queensland and it wont stop raining!
By far the best escape for me is distraction, i do art or craft combined with an audio book, something really easy to hear, not to bogged down in detail. keeping the head and hands busy sometimes gives me hours of forgetting i have anxiety.
