thanks for your input. I always use to think it was an anxiety disorder, but now i do tend to believe it was more of a schizophrenic symptom.
I remember going to one psychiatrist who evaluated me for anxiety and panic disorders and such. She asked if i ever have panic disorders that popped up out of nowhere for no obvious reason. I was only around 11 or 12 around that time, so i had a lot of trouble understanding all these kinds of things, so I mistakinly answered yes to this question (i'd never had a panic attack that just popped out of nowhere...they were always caused by the fear and paranoia) I also never really told anyone until recently about very many of the fears or paranoias and i never knew to tell anyone until recently about hearing voices/seeing things because i always believed it was somewhat normal, so i guess that's why i was not correctly diagnosed until recently.
