Hi, I have 2 girls ages 7 & 11. How old is your son? I know it's hard when you're sleep deprived and think it's never gonna end. Both my girls were 8 weeks premature and needed to be fed every 2 hours the first month to keep their weight up. But by three months amazingly they were sleeping through the night. After you've ruled out any medical issues or diet issues then try this. Taking into account I don't know the age , make sure his nap time doesn't occur to late in the afternoon. Keep bedtimes regular and try some relaxing routines likes a warm bath and some cuddling while reading a book. If he wakes up go in and tell him it's okay. then go back out. I too don't believe in letting them cry it out. Good luck - this will pass don't worry.
