As part of our treatment is good to see a T.
They are there to teach you different couping skill
and let you vent things out.
How about when you get out the office and the therapy is so intense that make you feel empty and in despair.
Any one can tell what have you done to help? I know this hadhappend to others. I've been in therapy quite a bit but this is the first time it hapend., and my thoughts were not good.
