I'm just to stressed I can't do anything. I'm so overloaded I can't do anything. I've just shut down. I have so much work to do, but I can't make myself do it. I want to leave, but I know I can't I have to get this work done. I already broke down and SI'ed, but it doesn't feel like it was enough and I'm trying so hard not to do it again. Feeling really trapped and confused.
