I do understand what your going through...Sometimes I just have to come home and I either write (journal) my exact feelings rambling as much as I can about how I am feeling to help me get out why I feel so "empty" drained and almost to the point of at a INTENSE HIGH! That helps me to kinda figure out that I might be coming to a point a knew memory or feeling body memory that is coming that I have yet to experience and that is why emotions are so high. So by journaling or just using word association on paper it relieves some stress. I also will put on a really favorite movie (cartoons too lol) and just completely go into the movie to relax and let myselves just let go! I hope anything I have said isn't making you more confused?
