Hi Dianasclan,

somtimes I find when I have had a good day the urge to cut is worse than a bad day - strange ay? I worked out for me why that is that way -its like a rebound effect - you see feeling good is somthing i havnt done for a long long time and in a way it scares me - because I "know" that the pain will be back - so in a way the sooner it comes back the less I will miss the good times - does that make sense to you?

I hope you managed not to cut - the release is temporary and the effects afterwards - well for me anyway - shame - despair - are too hard to bear - take care of you P7
