Hmmm not sure if nightmares is correct but here goes. I go through periods where I "see" things at night. Things - shapes that move through the room - shapes that I do not know what they are. I do know that it scares the bejebbies (is that a word hehe) out of me. It usually happens when I first try to go to sleep. It seems to happen more when I have a lot on my mind, more tired, more depressed...
It always happens if hubby is asleep before me, and there have been times I have woke him up to look and see if anything is there. Most of the time I do not want to be a burden so I "ride it out". Needless to say those nights when it is like this I do not sleep well and lately there have been a lot of those nights.
