I know this has to be hard......such a horrible feeling.....can you think back to what might have triggered the switching so you & your T can work on that tomorrow.....doesn't help much for today & getting to work.....but pray that you can sort through this. Sometimes we have to come to hurdles like this in order to take the next step in our healing.....hope that will be what happens for you. The feeling of being out of control is one of the most frightening feelings there can be.
