He doesn't get what he wants, he puts you down. That didn't work, so he crosses boundaries. By touching you in an inappropriate manner. I am wondering if he too is Phillipine or was it Korean? and what his cultural background is? Like is he a new immigrant?
Just me, but living with men that are roommates is never a good idea, just for these reasons. But since you are living there, does your door lock by chance? He seems like he has become more and more forceful. Standing outside your door to stare at you...speaks danger.
I had a man that I worked around do this with me. Just stare at me while I worked. I quit my job because of it. I reported it, they wanted to wait till something "more drastic" happened. :S
Could you not move out? Somewhere safer?
