1. How often do you exercise during the week?
Monday-Friday I walk about 2 miles a day, to college and back and running about another mile in the gym. I also lift weights and do a bit of yoga and aerobics.
2. What are your favorite types of exercise?
I love swimmin, tennis, running, basketball, lifting weights, yoga, aerobics, combat, horse riding and other competitive sports
3. Do you feel that exercise helps you with your moods?
Yes, definately. I have felt much less stressed after exercising more often. The fresh air helps, too!
