My illness has been greatly documented by my employer, to the extent that I made copies of the letters faxed to him according to me and my illness. He openly said he was firing me because of all my bp symptoms and that I was not longer valuable to the company. I worked ful time for him for July 15th would've been for 3 years. He's documented how much time I've missed, my inability to answer the phone properly, that I was doing and saying things that I don't remember and making a lot of little mistakes that add up to a big problem for him and the company. What does it mean how long worked for him?
