Things are starting to slow down a bit but there is still a lot of switching going on. I have tried counting and that seems to help get to a calm spot. I met with my Ts yesterday and I am not really sure how that went because I was not able to be co conscious with Toni being out and meeting them for the first time. I did quite a bit of switching there too but everything seem to be okay to my Ts.
