I'm going through an identity crisis. My new name is gone. Tried to resubmit it but says I already have.

If everything went back a week ago, does that mean all the bad stuff that happened didn't really happen and I'm not at the bottom of the pit afterall? Somebody please tell my mind that's true please, cuz I don't feel any different, except now I don't even know who I am.
