There are plenty of people like us with internet addiction and many haven't a clue they're addicted.
There is an inverse mood affect with the amount of time you spend on the computer.
One woman on a board I just block for myself posts 150-200 posts a day just on that one site.
She's on it from sun up to sun down.
I can do the same--really.
I am working on this. It's improving as my PTSD symptoms get some relief. It really sucks.
At least, here, I'm more real--really honest about my problems--and not projecting them onto the people I was arguing with before.
